In the process of transporting cement to the cement silo, the operator should discontinuously press the button of the vibration motor of the dust collector to shake off the cement attached to the dust collector bag to prevent the bag from being blocked and bursting.

2) The full and lack of materials can be observed through the high and low material levels. When the cement needs to be released, the manual discharge valve at the bottom of the cone is first opened, and then the cement is transported out through the cement transport equipment. In the process of discharging, if the appearance of "arching" appears, press the button of the solenoid valve of the arch breaking equipment in time to blow air to eliminate the "arching" for feeding and ensure smooth cement supply.

3) During operation, the bulk cement silo needs to be erected with a crane. At this time, it is necessary to check the straight point of view between the bulk cement silo and the ground after it is erected, and finally weld the bottom of the bulk cement silo with the embedded parts of the foundation. After the storage bin is fixed, the bulk cement silo will be transported to the operation address by the bulk cement truck. Connect the transport pipeline of the bulk cement truck with the feed pipeline of the bulk cement silo. Use the other pressure of the bulk cement truck to transport the cement in the tank to the bulk cement silo.

2. Installation method of bulk cement silo

1) Operators must be professionally trained before they start their jobs; they must be carefully inspected before the cement silos are used; construction cannot be carried out without the approval of the construction supervisor; unqualified materials must not be used. Silo cleaning is much simpler. After cleaning, you must remember to wipe clean to prevent rust in the silo; the bulk cement silo is fixed in one position. During the use of bulk cement silos, the legs will inevitably be bumped, so pay attention to keep checking the legs of bulk cement silos to see if they are bent.
