Correct installation process of cement silo

Cement silos play an important role in modern architecture. The bulk cement silo must be well prepared before installation. The tools used for hoisting, all wire ropes, hoisting vehicles, etc., must be prepared, and these tools must be carefully checked to eliminate safety hazards;

1. When installing the cement silo, it must be erected by a special crane, and then placed on the prefabricated concrete foundation, and the verticality of the cement silo to the horizontal plane after being erected shall be checked, and then the bottom of the cement silo must be prefabricated with the foundation. The embedded parts are welded firmly.

2. Install the dust collector. The dust collector in the cement silo is not installed when it leaves the factory and needs to be installed by the user. When installing, first fix the sealing strip to the upper part of the cement silo and the inner edge of the connecting flange of the dust collector, and then bolt the dust collector firmly.

3. When the cement silo screw conveyor fails, first close the manual discharge valve at the bottom of the cone to prevent cement overflow and cause waste.

4. Do a good job in wind and lightning protection to ensure the safety of the cement silo.

5. Weld the ladder, guardrail, and top guardrail in a certain order; it is strictly forbidden to hit the leg and the warehouse body of the cement silo.

6. In order to prevent the occurrence of cement silo explosion accidents, it is necessary to plug the cloth bag. The pressure in the plugged cloth bag warehouse exceeds the safety pressure of the pressure safety valve on the top of the warehouse, and the pressure safety valve can be opened to release the pressure in the warehouse.
