The Application of Automatic Control System in Concrete Batching Plant

The principle of automatic control has a wide range of applications. It has been used in the production of concrete since the 1980s. At present, the commercial concrete enterprises in China use highly automated mixing plants, which have the characteristics of excellent and stable product quality, low production costs, and good environmental performance. The computer control system of the mixing station is used in automatic electronic batching and control device of concrete production. It is composed of an industrial control computer, a console, and a power distribution cabinet. Meanwhile, It can automatically and continuously control the weighing, feeding, mixing and discharging of each part of the materials according to the given formula. By this way, the previous method of self-producing concrete on site was improved largely and so were the noise and dust pollution.
